Goodflex is Born
The Goodflex Rubber Co is founded by Owner and Managing Director Mark Dufty in 2002.
The First Meeting
The first ever Goodflex Rubber Co. meeting was held on deck chairs in the existing visitor car park.
Longest Curing Oven
In 2003, Goodflex invested in one of the longest curing ovens in the UK, coming in at nine metres.
Larger Offices Built
Increased demand required more space for growth in staff numbers
£1m Turnover Achieved
Within four years the business had successfully grown to its first £1m in turnover
Supplying Large OEMs
Aiming high, the business became a supplier to the VW Group
Entering the Roller Business
In 2007, the opportunity arose to acquire a web contact cleaning business from Artel Rubber Co.
More Capacity Needed
In 2008, 50% more capacity was created to meet increasing customer demand.
In 2009, it was decided to bring Highbury Hose into the Goodflex Rubber Co. family
A Sterling Project
Goodflex was delighted to work on the Mercedes Benz 'Sterling Moss' SLR project which stood for 'Sport Leicht Rennsport'
A Major Showcase
Partnering with The Rail Alliance, Goodflex Rubber Co exhibited at the Innotrans exhibition in Germany.
A Supplier of Pedigree
2010 saw Goodflex supply Aston Martin for their 'One-77' flagship, two-seater sports car.
