Rollers and Mouldings

Goodflex manufactures a full range of particle transfer rollers for contact clean machines. Rollers are moulded in synthetic rubber, which offers a sustainable high molecular structure designed to pick up loose surface contaminants down to 1µ.

Rollers are all built to a high specification and undergo vigorous quality control checks throughout the build process.

Goodflex manufactures specialist food and pharmaceutical grade elastomer rollers in a controlled environment that is totally separate from its commercial rubber product groups.

Rollers can be manufactured using materials that meet any of the following standards.

Goodflex manufactures rubber mouldings through either single cavity compression moulding to multi-cavity injection moulding to produce a solid or open-ended shape that matches the contours of the mould. Moulds are designed and manufactured for your specific application requirements. This process is ideal for prototypes, small batches and also high volume production at affordable prices.

Mouldings are manufactured for a variety of applications such as seals, gaiters and anti-vibration mounting systems and are supplied to a variety of industries.

Mouldings can be manufactured in a variety of materials;

Silicone, EPDM, Viton, NBR, Fluro Silicone, Neoprene and Vamac.
